How do I know how much coffee I'll need to order? There are an average of 21 work days in any given month. A 42 package case of coffee will supply approximately 2 pots of coffee per work day. So if your office brews 4 pots a day you'll need at least 2 cases per month.

How does filtered water get to the brewer? JavaSmart's brewer is connected to the water purification system of our CoolerSmart water cooler supplying the same fresh water to the brewer. In the event that the brewer is placed in a an area away from the cooler we install a separate purification system just for the brewer.
Does the unit have a hot plate? No. The FreshStart brewer uses an insulated carafe instead of an electricity hungry hot plate. This carafe keeps coffee hot and fresh up to 4-6 hours, and it's unbreakable and spill resistant. The stainless steel construction resists stains and requires less cleaning than traditional glass pots.
